BeGlobal recignixes the great importance to the protection of your personal data. This document indicates how we handle personal data. BeGlobal does everything it can to guarantee your privacy and therefore handles personal data carefully.

BeGlobal never provides personal data to other parties with whom no processor agreement has been concluded. Strict agreements have been reached with these parties (processors) with regard to the security of personal data.
We do not provide personal data to parties which are located outside the EU.
Storage period
BeGlobal does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.
Rights of the person involved
The person concerned is entitled to inspect, rectify, transfer or delete personal data. An objection may also be raised against the processing of personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.

How long is the data stored
The stored data contains little minimal sensitive information. Because we also want to analyse the data in the future and want to compare them with the data of today, we keep the data indefinitely, unless stated different for a specific form below.

Data: when using the contact form to contact us, we will collect the following data:

Purpose: we will process your data in order to answer the question or remark you send us, and if needed contact you.
Analysis: we might use the data to internally analyse our services in order to improve our service.
FORM: NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
Purpose: we will process your email address in order to send you periodical mailings
Analysis: we might use the data to internally analyse our services in order to improve our service. We analyse if a sent mailing is read (images are downloaded) and if any of the links are clicked, in order to analyse the succes of the mailing and the information in it.
Unsubscribe: if the unsubscribe link is used in the mailing itself, then your email is added to our unsubscribed-table. We use this table to prevent the mailing system to send you any more mailings.
FORM: OFFER REQUEST
Data: when filling out our offer request form, we will collect the following data:

- The product for which an offer is being requested
Purpose: we will use the data to further process your request for an offer, and contact you about it.
