With the Brandstore, you optimize your product media purchasing policy and your employees can easily order the right promotional products themselves. At any time of the day, anywhere in the world. We set up the Brandstore for you and take care of the administration.
The Benefits of Your Own Brand Store
Your Brandstore page contains all the product media selected specifically for and by your organization. And they are immediately available to all your employees, anywhere in the world, 24/7. Our in-house studio provides your promotional products with your logo, of course, exactly according to your corporate identity. In this way we ensure the uniform appearance of your products. After each order, we update your stock list and replenish it immediately if necessary. Your employees will never miss out.
Employees who are authorized to purchase product media in your Brandstore are each given their own budget. In the management environment you can see what your employees spend. So you know exactly how much budget is left. And if you want, we can link the Brandstore to your purchasing system. With our collect deal tool, your employees buy products together, thus realizing a lower purchase price. If employees activate the collect deal button, they can invite colleagues to join them when they place an order. We set up our Brand Store with everything in the field of promotional products and business gifts. And also single items such as flowers, cakes, wine and more expensive gifts such as (Dutch) art.
The Brandstore is divided into several categories. These include:
Merchandise as the main category with stock/available within 2 days. This category is linked to our warehouse for fast shipping and stock is visible in real time.
Virtual inventory/printing on demand. This category consists of approximately 100 products with your logo, which meet brand compliance and can be ordered. This category is linked to our selected supplier(s) and we deliver within 5 to 7 business days.
Inspiration, a category filled with thousands of products in the customer's house colors and without a logo on display.
In the back of the store the surfing behavior is visible and you can find order statistics, per branch, cost center and product. Budgets can be set per employee. After an order follows an order confirmation and invoice, per order, per month or per quarter. You will also find stock overviews.
We also add an event calendar with appropriate products for each event and a what's new section devoted entirely to new product media from our top suppliers. And we have all the facilities, experience and manpower in-house to handle your orders quickly and correctly.
